Two dogs fight for a bone and the third runs away with it.

The usual opening: Please imagine a fictitious school.
It's almost impossible to call all the people in this story with pronouns, so I'm calling characters in this story with fictitious names.
Today, the fourth class is appearing at last -sorry.

But first of all...

Three classes under the severe feud-
　[α] Shu 's class dominated by a bully group of Chie and Nao ,
　　[β] Nori 's class threatened by other two classes, and
　　　[γ] Kumi 's class under pressure due to excessive competition and being embodiment of hostility:
One day, they were told to have a consultation by leaders of those three classes -maybe by other teacher -and they reluctantly obeyed once.
It seems that there is not a meeting room for such purposes in this school.
So this consultation is going to be held in one of those three classrooms, and the chairperson is the leader who offers the meeting place.
But they cannot decide who the chairperson is.
Especially , Kumi is afraid of being torn between Nori and Shu, and reluctant to have a consultation with them.
Haru , a rationalist girl in Nori's class who supports her frined bullied by Shu's classmates, thinks:
Why doesn't Nori suggest having this consultation in his classroom?
If Kumi rejects, then Nori can talk back that they shouldn't hold this consultation because she is not willing to.
Then teachers and other classes might see that it's Kumi and Shu who destroy their friendship while Nori is trying to do something to rebuild friendship .
-Simply because she feels that it's nothing but waste of time and energy to be involved with their low-level rivalry.
Not only this; she is concerned that Nori's classmates can sink to the same level if they keep wasting time with their hostility.
At the same time... what if Nori suggests that he offers the meeting place as a chairperson and Shu and Kumi accept?
There is a possibility that Shu and Kumi apparently compromise and then extort Nori's class on this...

Now today's main story:

[δ]The class under charge of Mr. Uno , led by Shin (boy) and Aki (girl), is watching this situation.
In this class, there are many students with influential roles in this school;
Such as Masa (boy) and Fumi (girl), members of student council .
However... there is a rumor that this class is shrewd schemer to raise reputation.
For example; sometimes there are troubles in this school which can be clime -such as violation, and in such cases, they poke their nose.
Other classes who have witnessed suspect that they proud of themselves and insist that it's them who maintain order in this school.
Actually, Mr. Uno tells his students to be ambitious so that they can even lead the world.
But it's doubtful that their interventions are really effective .
Even so, the response of intervened classes is changing -they seem to be gradually wiser:
Recently, there was a case of addictive chemicals abuse in a few classes in this school -maybe such as sniffing paint thinner .
A few of Shin's classmates with strong arms warned -or threatened those classes; those classes themselves could be under sanctions unless the sniffers turn themselves in to the school authority and police.
But thanks to loving and logical persuasion by friends from other classes, the sniffers agreed to stop those addictive chemicals, and their interventions ended up in vain.
To tell the truth, in Nori's class, once there was a similar trouble with the law.
Thanks to intervention of Shin's classmates, this case was solved once.
But since then, this class seems deeply indebted to Shin's class and under their thumb.
Now how the conflicts among the three classes affect Shin's class?
At least a few of bystanders and Nori's classmate suspect that they've plotted conflict between Shu's class and Nori's class
...But if so, how?

Excuse me for the sudden complicated story.
On the second thought, compared to the first half, the latter half was superfluous, and besides, it's doubtful I could translate properly.
As I was grappling with this composition, the target for comparison of Shu's class began to show another incomprehensible and suspicious move -which gave me a new story.
