"State-run broadcasting" and "Public broadcasting"

For one thing, when I placed about annual Year-end Grand Song Festival .
As for this program, it's already disappeared from New Year's eve material because this program leads to domestic intergenerational conflicts in my family.
I've read various criticism and fuss that how this program was filled with unnecessary nonsense bits last year-end, but I have no right to mention about this.
Today's story is NOT about this program but this TV station.

When I was a college student, I was lodging without TV.
Back then, one of a few troubles was door-to-door sales staffs pressing contract with public broadcasting while I didn't have a TV set.

At that time, could I have said sarcasm that whether they scheme to collect even radio reception fee?
Now I watch TV only for two hours a week.
One of the programs I watch regularly is a music program by public broadcasting.
Of course, I have a receiver contract -I made not declaring by myself but when a door-to-door sales staff thronged.
Then, should I try to think that I pay reception fee for this music program and radio news and language studying programs?
There seems to be many people who cannot assent to TV reception fee from perception that watching TV is available with no cost.
There is a wrong assumption that they don't have to pay TV reception fee if they don't watch programs of public broadcasting, but actually, we have to pay TV reception fee if they have TV sets .
There is an opinion that terrestrial channels of public broadcasting should be contractual like satellite channels .
-But public broadcasting side seems to be afraid of losing subscribers and reception fee income.
TV reception fee was added to the price of TV sets at home electronics retailers ? -On the second thought, if such system were enforced, there can be people who cannot afford TV sets.
Is there something else?

I have an intellectual understanding that they collect TV bills for operating funds so that they bring fair broadcasting without being controlled by government and specific companies.
Since I've already lost habit to watch TV unnecessarily, I don't think I have so much direct inputs from recent broadcasting in favor of panjandrums.

I believed that panjandrums pushed public broadcasting side not to report facts unfavorable for panjandrums when they didn't report about deliberations about new defense system.
But the truth was opposite; the former chairman was closely related to Prime Minister, and taking the lead in report catering to panjandrums.
Reportedly, staffs had been distressed under this situation.
The new chairman was elected and assumed this month.
The new chairman declared to wipe away old structure made by former chairman -as for this, it's time to see in action for a while.
The former chairman tried to stick to continuance, but the sensible staffs and citizens prevented this.

After new protectionism-supremacist President was elected last November and assumed this month, I'd like to advocate that this has provoked other countries and people on Earth to have time for self-examination and learning, for the sake of Earth and our own emotional hygiene.
One of the things we need to face - which I haven't mentioned yet - is how to get along with information and media .
At the beginning, I said that I mixed up "state-run broadcasting" and "public broadcasting", but at the same time, I was using this expression on purpose .
Media and broadcasting catering to government would be no different from neighboring despotic countries.
Don't have me use sarcasm expression to call "public broadcasting" as "state-run broadcasting" when I place about public broadcasting next time!
