This is a literal translation of a proverb in our language that means " resort to evil measures to destroy other evils ".

I'm placing this on the assumption that both upcoming winter Olympic game and the next summer Olympic game are held as planned:

At least, NO one should be so slack enough to attend to bunch who are obsessed with wishing others' misfortune and dragging down to low level.
Even so, if neighboring peninsular southern-half country side absolutely want to enjoy superiority complex to our country, immediate and certain way is to succeed in SMOKE-FREE winter Olympic game preceding summer Olympic game in our country.
smoking regulation is already much more strict in this country while our country is still smokers' heaven.
In other words, the present situation aside , our country side should have NO time, energy, resource and money to waste on barren things -that's all.

In actuality , it's more important and questioned whether upcoming winter Olympic game can be a literal festival for peace under the current situation around these neighboring peninsular countries . (NOTE: From the point of our country)
I referred to a dictionary how to say this title proverb in this language to find a phrase
" Fight fire with fire ".
This is the very thing going on all over the world, isn't it?
Especially between neighboring peninsular northern-half country and the country that used nuclear weapons in actual war.
It might be time to give up expecting neighboring peninsular northern-half country to be respectable country like other countries -for the sake of general residence.
