From the end of May, Novel Corona-virus infection epidemic went wane and economic activities have been gradually resumed.
During the State of Emergency, there were companies that tried to promote work-from-home.
Many office workers who were working from home realized how they had wasted time and energy on commuting by jam-packed transportation, troublesome human relationships inside the company including sexual and power harassment, long and meaningless conferences for the sake of conferences, blah-blah-blah.
Especially younger generation seems to have been happy to be free from bosses who are busy surveilling subordinates and neglect their duty, miscellaneous duties just to confirm and instill non-constructive pecking order, unnecessary drinking parties based on obligation and just to be nice, and so on.
Instead, they've been facing different kinds of troubles and stress, though -but it's not a story for today.
These are everyday occurrences in office workers' lives in the Longest-era of modern Japan which is now synonym of Galapagos .
Many workers of whole generation have been vaguely aware of anachronism of those evil customs, but resigned that working is what it is, and given up changing.
Even after such reality has been revealed, it seems that older generations who cannot accept the change of time and working practices in the future are hell-bent to return to the routine of work at the office.
However, lifted State of Emergency is not safety declaration; there is no assuring that second and third outbreak is not coming any time.

Therefore, workers who can work from home had better keep on work-from-home on their own initiative, in order to minimize the risk of outbreak.
Especially in Capital territory where people live densely and congested from the beginning.
After Novel Corona-virus epidemic is stamped out, will working practices in our country be more efficient and humanizing?
Or will those evil customs related with working come to naught? -Just like freezing air conditioning which died down for a few years after 3.11 Earthquake disaster .

On the other hand...

During the State of Emergency, there are mothers and wives who are stressed by husbands and children spending at home after each family member's true nature and ego is revealed.
These days, WOMEN have been taught to earn a living by themselves and stop counting on husband's income,
But have MEN been taught to take care of themselves and stop mistaking wife for servant?
Many working wives and mothers had been feeling mounting dissatisfaction with their husbands who don't do housework and childcare at all,
And since such husbands began to work from home, those mothers are angry that they have another old infant to take care of
There are wives who determine divorce, and some carried out as soon as epidemic went wane, and some are preparing.
Even if those wives don't think of divorce, they must have been waiting impatiently for their husbands to get back to work at offices out of home.
At the same time, workers who are dying to go to offices to work mentioned above could include husbands who want to escape from house works, childcare and family matters.
Violence and abuse are out of question ; victims need not to hesitate to escape -or rather, it's still risky to go out, then drive those spouses out!

it's time to think about things -from daily lives around us to worldwide issues.
In order to take advantage of this opportunity to put an end to dehumanizing society and world.
