他界したマイク・ストーンを想いつつ自分達でプロデュースしているそうです。


ジョン・ウェットンの発言：
No-one could ever replace Mike Stone---we produced 'Phoenix' ourselves,
with recording ably engineered by Steve Rispin.
Mike was there in spirit---of that I'm absolutely certain.
You be the judge of how well we did.
It is often said that a producer can only enhance the raw material.
However,in Mike's case,he did more,much more than that.


どんな音に仕上がっているのか楽しみです。


ちなみにウェットンは最近、休暇で（？）上海を訪れていたそうです。
帰国後、新作のサウンドチェックを行うそうなので、
いよいよ完成間近と言えるでしょう。
