すべてディクテーションしました。
まずは3日坊主にはならなかったですが、
（もちろん聞き取れなかったところ、間違いいっぱいです）
岩本スーザンさんのお話には、まだ手をつける勇気はなし。
まずはビニエットと松下さんのお話、頑張ってみます。

基本的には start or beginの意味
俗語で言うと、self-starter
contribute to ・・・貢献する、否定的な意味もある
contribute to crime stastitics 犯罪率を上げる
あんな時、こんな時 ＜会議を始める時＞
Let's get rolling.=Let's rolling.
"Let's roll" includes the idea of start but it focuses more on going, even more physically moving.
Where do we begin?
Where did we leave it last time?前回はどこで終わりましたか？
Who's on (up)first? アクセントの位置、FIRSTに持ってくると一塁ベースにだれがいるか？ONに持ってくると、最初に話す人、あるいは壇上に上がる人となる。
Let's convene the meeting.
convene 開始する
=if a group of people convene, or someone convenes them, they come together, especially for a formal meeting:
call a meeting to order 会議の開会を宣言する
No one leaves this room until we accomplish that goal.
この会議の目的を達成するまでは、だれもこの部屋から出てはいけない。
not simply chitchat ただの雑談ではない
ground rules 基本的事項、基本的な行動規範
=the basic rules or principles on which future actions or behaviour should be based
lay down/establish ground rules for something
*Our book lays down the ground rules for building a patio successfully.(LDOCE)
携帯電話の電源を切ること（turn off your cell phone)コソコソ話をしない(no side conversations) いつ休憩を取るか決める（when you plan to take breaks)
しかしデリケートなディスカッションやお互い感情を害している場合など、具体的なground rulesが必要。
for example, you might say that before giving your own opinion,
you must repeat in your own words what the previous speaker said.
housekeeping annoucement (会議とは直接関係のない）日常業務などに関するお知らせ
This might be something like, be sure to throw away your cans and bottles in their proper receptacles
receptacle 貯蔵所、容器
=a container for putting things in:
*a trash receptacle
in the interest of time 時間の関係で、時間がないので
No side discussions, please = Only one conference, please.
よそ事はやめて集中してください。
brainstorming session
*a brainstorming session to come up with slogans for new products(LDOCE)
