タンザニア料理
典型的タンザニア料理↑（2016年6月21日、ダルエスサラーム、タンザニア）厨房の風景↑（2016年6月21日、ダルエスサラーム、タンザニア） ダルエスサラームで食べるタンザニア料理は、ほとんど毎日同じです。 ごはん、主食、副食がお皿に乗って出てきます。 ごはんは、白米で、中粒種のうるち米です。 ご飯の代わりに、トウモロコシ粉などをこねたウガリや、煮た料理用バナナを選ぶ人もいます。 主食は、揚げた魚か煮た魚、揚げた鶏肉、揚げた牛肉などから選びます。 副食は、煮豆、ホウレンソウ炒め、揚げた小魚、オクラスープなどが付いてきます。 これらの組み合わせを変えながら毎日同じようなものを食べていますが、それほど飽きずに食べています。【Bon appétit !】 Some typical mainland Tanzanian foods include wali (rice), ugali (maize porridge), chapati (a kind of bread), nyama choma (grilled meat), mshikaki (marinated beef), samaki (fish), pilau, biriyani, and ndizi-nyama (plantains（バナナのような果物）with meat). 空から見たダルエスサラーム
空から見たダルエスサラーム↑↓（2016年6月19日、タンザニア）カタールを飛び立ってから続く砂漠を通り抜けると海に出ます。もうすぐアフリカ大陸です。やはり、生命が感じられない砂漠を抜けるとほっとするものです。陸に近づくころから見え始める島々は周りをサンゴ礁に囲まれていてとてもきれいです。都市が見えました。タンザニアの玄関口、ダルエスサラームです。【Bon appétit !】 Dar es Salaam (literally "the residence of peace") is the largest city of Tanzania and the largest city in eastern Africa by population, as well as a regionally important economic centre. ドーハのランプ熊 ??
ランプ・クマ↑（2016年6月19日、ドーハ、カタール） 巨大な真黄色の熊のぬいぐるみが、空港の建物内に飾られています。 まさか、テディベア？ しかも頭に巨大な電球を被っています。 どうも現代美術だそうです。 ここは、カタールはドーハのハマド国際空港です。 不思議な置物にびっくりです。【Bon appétit !】 The Qatari royal family is known for their collection of prime artworks, so it's not entirely surprising that the Hamad airport would display local, Arab and Western artists prominently. サンゴ礁の海
潮干狩り↑（2014年2月2日、リキサ県、東ティモール）水遊び↑（2014年2月2日、リキサ県、東ティモール） 村人たちが、水が引いた海の中で魚や貝をとっています。 島の周りはサンゴ礁ですので、水が引くと、浅瀬になり、歩いて海の中に入っていくことができます。 海辺に座って日がな一日眺めています。 なんと、安らぎに満ちた空間でしょう。【Bon appétit !】 On Friday April 15, 2016, the community of Adara on Atauro Island will formally launch new rules that are designed to ensure sustainability of the local reef and fisheries, and support local livelihoods. 豚は放し飼い
豚の母子↑（２０１４年２月２日、東ティモール）草を食む子豚↑（２０１４年２月２日、東ティモール）向こうの方から、道の反対側を豚が小走りにやって来ます。母豚が、子豚を３匹従えています。東ティモールでも、ラオスでも、豚の放し飼いはよく見かけます。豚は、自分で餌を探しますので、多くの飼い主は餌をあげないと聞いています。夜になるとちゃんと飼い主の元に戻ってくるそうです。東ティモールでもラオスでも、放し飼いの豚を盗って食べたりする人はいないようです。【Bon appétit !】 Livestock stocks or assets can be mobilized at any time, satisfying planned expenditures such as children school fees and bride wealth or unplanned expenses such as the illness and death of family members. ハチ公、上野博士に会う
ハチと上野氏↑（2016年5月31日、文京区、東京） ハチが嬉しそうに上野博士に飛びついています。 渋谷駅前で上野博士の帰りを待っていたハチは、今でも渋谷駅の待ち合わせ場所に座っています。 私が学生の頃はハチ公はもっと東横百貨店沿いにいて、北を向いていました。 今は、以前よりスクランブル交差点よりにいて、東を向いています。 渋谷駅周辺は、再開発の真っ最中で、近いうちにハチ公も今いる場所から移動することを余儀なくされることでしょう。 写真の像は、ハチ公は一人ではありません。 嬉しさのあまり上野博士に飛びついています。 ハチがとても嬉しそうなので、つい、涙が出てきてしまいました。【Bon appétit !】 Each day, Hachiko waited for Professor Ueno to return. And each day he didn't see his friend among the commuters at the station. Hachiko became a permanent fixture at the train station, which eventually attracted the attention of commuters. Many of the people who frequented the Shibuya train station had seen Hachiko and Professor Ueno together each day. なんとキリンが地ビール
6種類のビール飲み比べ↑（2016年5月29日、代官山） パスタやピザのレストランかと思って入ったお店は、なんとキリンのお店でした。 クラフトビールと呼ばれている何百種類ものビールがあるようでしたが、6種類のビールを飲み比べてみました。 クラフトビールとなっていますが、日本語で言えば地ビールでしょう。 あるいは、職人こだわりのビールと呼べばいいでしょうか。 写真一番左のビールは、写真を撮る前に飲んでしまい減っていますが、ホップの味がたっぷりして私が一番気に入ったビールです。 ほかのビールは、白ワイン味、フルーツの味、中には、ゆずと山椒味のものもあり、新たな発見をしながら、ビールを楽しませていただきました。【Bon appétit !】 It’s important to remember that Spring Valley Brewery is a working brewery throughout the day. When we went, the brewery wasn’t making anything; however, the tuns（醸造桶）and fermentations tanks are in full view, allowing the public to see the live brewing process throughout the day.
