Everything is constantly fused and assimilated energetically,so you're always aware of someone.(Well, if you want to talk to someone, sometimes you can talk right away, regardless of distance or space.)This is a very conceptual concept,so it may be difficult for you to understand right now...We're together when we need something,but once that's over, we easily separate.Your current mindsetsees each person as a separate entity...You have a strong sense of separation,and feel anxious when you're alone.You can't recharge your energy alone...You can't do anything alone...So when you try to do something,you try to gather together and become a group.But then a sense of separation comes into play,so you set rules to prevent separation,and in a sense try to restrain each person.It's the same with relationships between men and women.They make a contract called marriage,trying to keep each other together.They become anxious, wondering what their life would be like without this person...To dispel that anxiety,they make a contract called marriage and stay together forever.They try to find security by making this promise.(There is much more to say about the institution of marriage,but it's off topic, so I'll talk about it another time.)The anxiety of this sense of separation creates attachment,which causes you pain.A sense of separation creates attachment,which leads to feelings like jealousy.You want them to always be by your side...You want them to always love you...Because you feel anxious if they aren't like that.You are haunted by the fear that they will separate from you (fall away)and become someone unrelated to you.You won't be in any trouble,and nothing will change, even if no one is around.Once you understand that everything is one,and that we are always energetically connected,you will no longer feel any sense of separation, and your anxiety will disappear.You will also realize that you are not alone, even when you are by yourself.As everything reverses from this,you will no longer feel anxious about being alone.You will realize that even if you don't have close friends, family, or a partner who are always with you,nothing will change, and you will not be in any trouble.In higher dimensional thinking, everything is within you,so even if you are alone, you can complete everything you need and wantwithin yourself.Of course, there are cooperative relationships,but there is no emotional dependence.Because each individual can stand firmly on their own (be independent), there is no need to rely on or depend on anyone.Independent individuals come together to do things...This is a new, inverted world.From the outside, it may look the same,but it is the complete opposite way of thinking.Rather than a dependent relationship where each person complements what is lacking,independent individuals come together and cooperate...This is the age of the individual.Since there is no dependency,relationships can be simple.There is no feeling of jealousy either.It is a very open and relaxed relationship.Do you understand?I convey this to you with love.～Message from Ashtar～
