オンラインメディアのwinandmacは本日、
安全性を考慮して
香港から撤退したと発表しました。

同日、「852 Post」は
以前に公開されたすべての動画を削除し、
「引き続き役立つ」ことを望んでおり、

網上媒體 winandmac 今日指基於安全考慮撤出香港；同日《852郵報》將所有之前發布的影片下架，指要「留有用之身」並向讀者致歉。記協今日（28日）晚上發表聲明回應，指事件反映香港的「白色恐怖」已無處不在，對於有傳媒需把報道及評論「下架保平安」，甚至整間機構「離港保平安」，表示極度憂慮。記協批評，執法機關無清楚解釋執法準則，令傳媒無法安心營運，最終將徹底破壞第四權的監察角色。

記協指，自《蘋果日報》停刊，傳媒業界「自我審查」的風氣「已吹得如颶風猛烈」，早前先有《立場新聞》宣布暫時下架「博客文章」，今日再有《852郵報》下架所有影片，以及網上媒體 winandmac 撤離香港。事件反映媒體擔心以言入罪、亦已動搖傳媒對政府及執法機關保障新聞自由的信心。

警方國安處早前先後拘捕《蘋果日報》兩名主筆，包括楊清奇、馮偉光。記協指，二人被捕後，一眾評論人更是如坐針氈。

過去不少政府官員指「言論自由並非絕對」，記協促政府在提出這說法時，應同時具體解釋他們所認為言論自由的「界線」。記協認為，政府如只以唯心論證的「意圖」去解釋傳媒工作者的行為有否違法，相關做法難以令新聞界信服，亦難以令同業認同，香港仍是以往百家爭鳴的自由港。

記協強調，言論自由是文明社會一切自由之母，新聞自由亦為言論自由一部分，「當言論自由被一再侵蝕，香港將再難被稱作文明城市」。記協呼籲，在傳媒業界的艱困時刻，各同業應團結一致，互相扶持，捍衞免於恐懼的新聞自由。

網上媒體 winandmac 今日發表公告指，香港的新聞自由已經不再，基於安全考慮，撤出香港，並已取消在港的相關商業註冊。（另見稿）

《852 郵報》創辦人游清源今日（28 日）指，已經把之前發布過的影片，全部暫時下架，形容香港現時的政治氣氛是「黑色暴雨，甚至十號風球」，要「留有用之身」，只能無奈把影片下架，並就此向讀者致歉。他又表示，以往拍影片的方式已不可行，未來會換另一方式，繼續「講返香港情懷、香港精神」。（另見稿）
