Butzer氏達 サンプリングの定理に興味のあるグループが 小倉金之助がサンプリングの定理で興味ある結果を得ている事から、小倉氏に興味を持ち、彼らの論文に少し、小倉氏の個人的な伝記のようなものを 論文の脚注に 入れたいと考えられています。

それを依頼されましたが、私は苦手ですので、したくないのですが、断るわけにも行かず、困っています。

そこで、添付のような素案を書いてみました。
何でも修正や、助言、参考になるような事を教えていただければ誠に幸いです。

Kinnosuke Ogura7.12.8:

Kinnosuke Ogura (1885-1962):  Ogura was born at Sakata Funaba-cho, in Yamagata Prefecture, Japan as the eldest son of Ogura Kinzou.  He studied at the former of Tokyo University of Science (Tokyo Buturi Gakko). After graduating from Tokyo Buturi Gakkoo, he studied chemistry at the Imperial University of Tokyo as a non-regular student.  After then he worked with his father for a while at his home town. However, he also had been studying mathematics at the same time under the guidance of Tsuruichi Hayashi (1873-1935) and he got an academic position at Tohoku University as Assistance in 1911. In the mean while he got Dr. Degree from Tohoku University on 1916 with the thesis " Paths of a mass point in conservative fields". On the next year, he got the researcher position at Shiomi Science Research Laboratory in Osaka. On 1919, he went abroad Europe for study and he stayed mainly in France (1920-1921). After returning to Japan, he became the president of the Shiomi Research Laboratory and then became Professor of Osaka Medical University. His majors were differential geometry and applied analysis. Later his interests turned to mathematic education, statistics and history of mathematics. His interests in mathematics education and history of mathematics are deep and wide, and his great works and interests were extended over the social problems against fascism. He published many and many  books widely relating to social, educational, and scientific problems in connection with human beings. He was the President of Tokyo Buturi Gakko during the period 1940-1943. He worked as the President of the History of Science Society of Japan, too and took active parts in the fields of history and education. Further he always had been making suggestive remarks from the viewpoint of a scientist and a humanist. He passed away at 77. We find his great contributions to human beings with great admiration in google and other internet systems.
