これは、図で、z_4 が無限にとんだ場合の結果を出すのに、それで全体を割って、ｾﾞﾛを入れれば、 正しい結果が得られます。 無限とｾﾞﾛの関係が良く出ていますね。 スキャンが故障で無くスイッチのずれで機能しないことが分かり 治りました。
