Indian Government doesn't help me,
I want this research to be taken to International Mathematical Union https://www.mathunion.org/
I know IMU is the authority which can get it worked.
I made a lot of efforts for it during 2011-14 but all rests with no result.
If anybody among you can help me on getting it reached IMU please let me know.

Meanwhile，I have a book manuscript as in the attached way.
I found the division by zero; 1/0=0/0=0 on 2014.2.2 and we are asking for kind suggestions on the division by zero for these 6 years.
