So, I was really looking forward to trying the "Matsuya Gyudon Beef Bowl Mix," but I ended up feeling kinda let down. 

The delivery was late, and they didn’t stick to the time I’d asked for, which was super frustrating. 

They didn’t apologize or anything—just gave excuses, so I really wish they’d be a bit more considerate about that.

Also, it arrived frozen, but it was already starting to thaw and the box was all soggy and about to tear apart. 

Isn’t that an issue with delivery management? 

There was even frost on it, so I’m worried the freezing wasn’t done right. 

When I tried to heat up the curry in the microwave, the bag burst and made a huge mess, so cleaning up was a nightmare and now I’m worried about my other food.

The quality of the packaging could definitely use some work. 

The taste of the gyudon and curry wasn’t as good as I hoped. 

The curry had a pretty unique flavor and was way too sweet for my taste. 

Plus, the text on the packaging was way too small and hard to read, which was a hassle. 

The texture of the onions in the frozen food and the amount of fat in the meat were also off-putting. 

Overall, the taste felt a bit lacking. 

I really think they need to pay more attention to the quantity and quality of the ingredients.
