日曜の朝起きてから左足太股前面に焼けるようなピリピリする痛みの原因って何ですか？

参照資料：■左太ももの前面に突然「焼けるようなピリピリした痛み」が出た場合、以下のような原因が考えられます。急性のもので、日曜の朝起きた時に突然気づいたという点も重要です。

①【神経性の痛み】→ 最も疑われる
●・・・「大腿外側皮神経痛（たいたいがいそくひしんけいつう）」＝大腿神経痛の一種
別名：「外側大腿皮神経障害」／「メルアルジア・パレステチカ」
太ももの前～外側に「焼ける・ビリビリ・ヒリヒリ」とした痛みやしびれ
原因：姿勢（寝ている間の圧迫）・腰や骨盤の神経圧迫・座りすぎ・ tightな服装など
太ももをさすっても皮膚感覚が鈍い／過敏になっていることも
②【筋肉や靭帯の炎症】
急に変な体勢で寝たり、寝返りで筋肉を引っ張ったり捻った場合
朝に気づいたというタイミングが一致
触ると痛みが強くなるなら、筋肉性の可能性
③【帯状疱疹の前兆】
皮膚にはまだ何も出ていないけど、「ピリピリ痛む」「皮膚が触れるだけで痛い」
1週間以内に赤い発疹→水ぶくれが出てくることが多い
特に過労やストレス、免疫低下中に出やす●現時点での対処
✖ 皮膚に明らかな異常（湿疹・赤み・腫れ）がないなら、強く揉んだり温めたりしない

If the pain gets worse when you touch it, it may be muscular
③ [Signs of shingles]
Nothing on the skin yet, but "it tingles" or "it hurts just to touch the skin"
Red rash and blisters often appear within a week
