先日職場の健康診断で「甲状腺肥大疑い」といわれ（特に心配はないとのことでしたが）
数か月前からホットフラッシュなど更年期障害に近い症状が出ていたのですが
甲状腺機能亢進症かも？と思うようになりました。
症状が辛いので病院で血液検査をしてもらいたいのですが
甲状腺ホルモンと女性ホルモンの検査を
同時に行ってほしい場合は、婦人科に行くのがいいのでしょうか。
内科でも検査してもらえるのでしょうか。
Recently, I was diagnosed with a suspected enlarged thyroid during a health check at work (although they said there was nothing to be worried about),
and for the past few months, I've been experiencing symptoms similar to those of menopause, such as hot flashes,
so I'm starting to think I might have hyperthyroidism.
The symptoms are so severe that I'd like to have a blood test at the hospital,
but if I want both thyroid and female hormone tests done at the same time, is it best to go to a gynecologist?

　→医師によっては対応してくれる場合があります。
または総合病院の「女性外来（女性内科）」や「内分泌代謝内科」に相談する
　→ 更年期と甲状腺を一緒に診る体制が整っているところが多いです。
✅ 受診のポイント
症状や健診結果（「甲状腺肥大疑い」と書かれていた部分）を持参。
「更年期障害か甲状腺か、どちらかが原因かもしれない」とはっきり伝えるとスムーズです。
