Shipping policy
Freight Shipping
We use third party LTL (less than truck load) transportation companies to deliver vehicles and USPS, FedEx, or UPS to deliver parts/accessories. LTL Transit time may take, but is not limited to, 2-10 business days on In Stock Machines, depending on your address and its distance from the nearest distribution center. During holiday seasons, transit times may result in an additional 3-5 business days to deliver. Orders cannot be canceled or refused due to extended transit schedules.
We offer fast shipping on some of our units. When free shipping is offered (promotions), it applies to most destinations in the continental US. It does not include HI, AK or US territories, or any International destinations. It also does not include some remote areas in the continental US. In areas with above average shipping costs Q9 will cover $300 of freight cost and customer will have the option to cover the difference, or the option to refund order.
If you're curious about the location where you live, contact our customer service team. (Note: It is very unusual for an address in the continental US to not be covered by the free shipping. Manhattan and islands that can only be reached by boat or airplane are the most common)
Shipping Damage Insurance The shipping damage Insurance covers all major shipping damage. If you decide not to take the offered shipping damage insurance, then any shipping damage claims will have to be submitted to the freight company and they are not guaranteed. PLEASE NOTE: Shipping Damage Insurance does not cover minor scuffs and scratches that could happen during shipment across the world by sea and country by highway. It is expected that they're could possibly be some scratches and scuffs and that is figured into the incredibly low cost of the machines sales price to begin with. The shipping damage insurance covers real damage only and not scuffs and scratches.
Residential Deliveries
All residential deliveries are subject to a non refundable $35 charge from the freight company that is not covered under the shipping policy.
Business Deliveries
All business address deliveries do not incur the residential shipping charge.
Verification
Every order that is paid online will be subject to identity and shipping address verification prior to shipment fulfillment.
