ProsFrequent trailer towers will appreciate the excellent handling relative to strong hauling ability on the Chevrolet Suburban Three QTR-Ton SUV, up to 9,600 pounds.

ProsLarge families or big cargo loads, or both fit easily and comfortably with up to nine passenger seating and/or 137 cubic feet of cargo space.

ProsSpecial tow/haul mode reduces shifting and adds compression braking for a smoother ride regardless of what is being pulled.

ConsThis truck is not meant for city driving, particularly not in four-wheel drive mode, as miles per gallon drop to a maximum of 10. In addition, the size makes it difficult to handle in congested city traffic, and such maneuvers as parallel parking require extensive practice.

ConsThe Chevrolet Suburban Three QTR-Ton SUV would be more fuel-efficient if a diesel option was made available.
