Used 2013 Chevrolet Traverse SUV Crossover Pros and Cons
Newly designed grille, headlamps, taillights and fog lights offer a more polished look.
Seating for eight is available.
Third row seat offers enough room for adult passengers.
New 6.5-inch color display system.
Reliable engine.
Ride is smooth and confident.
Massive cargo area with the seats down and impressive space behind third row seat, when in use.
Improved soft touch materials on dash and doors.
Retuned suspension to offer more agile handling.
Impressive towing capabilities at 5,200 pounds.
Plenty of options available for customization.
Expected to rate wonderfully in crash tests.
Despite the fact that the engine is strong, some consumers will prefer the power of a V8.
Fuel-economy is not as good as what you would expect from a V6.
Audio and climate controls are quite small, forcing you to take your eyes off the road to find them.
Large turning circle and heavy weight makes Traverse a little difficult to park and maneuver in small spaces.
All-wheel drive is an added option.
Compromised rear visibility is an obvious problem.
