The base V6 3.7 liter engine generates 278 pound feet of torque and 302 horsepower, and sprints from 0-60 in a tidy 8.2 seconds. With the rear wheel drive in place, EPA fuel ratings stand at 23 mpg on the highway and 17 mpg in city commutes, while the 4 wheel drive lowers the above numbers by 2 mpg. Moving up a notch to the V8 5.0 liter engine brings in 380 pound feet of torque and a robust 360 horsepower, allowing the F-150 truck to glide from 0-60 in just 7.2 seconds.
