If you're looking for a sporty little hatchback with a ton of style and amenities, for a fraction of the cost you might think, look no further than the 2012 Diahatsu Cuore hatchback. The Cuore follows the success of the large compact Daihatsu Charade hatchback (produced from 1977-present) which had (and still has!) fans all over the world due to its sporty, fun style and reliable nature. The Diahatsu Cuore is also known as the Daihatsu Mira, the Daihatsu Domino, and has also gone by the Charade name. The Cuore comes with a wide assortment of chassis variants and options and comes in several different trims as well: the CX trim, the CX CNG trim, the CL trim, and the 2012 Cuore Automatic. The hatchback is considered a city, or kei, car due to its small size and versatility.

Though the Cuore is also known by the Mira name, the Mira actually originally premiered to replace the Cuore in July 1980. The Mira/Cuore has been available for seven generations now, the third of which was identical to the Daihatsu Liza, produced from 1986-1992. The seventh began in December 2006, when the Mira/Cuore L275 was presented, and a van soon followed. The 2012 Cuore comes in several color variations, include Light Rose Mica Metallic, Silver Metallic, Red, Champagne Metallic, Black Mica Metallic, and White. It's known as one of the most economical (yet trendy) cars in the world. This front-wheel-drive (FWD), 5-door hatchback comes standard with a petrol spark-ignition 4-stroke engine, multi-point fuel injection, and emission control (Euro 4). The Cuore is also available as a sedan model and has been seen in many different styles throughout its years on the market.

The 2012 Diahatsu Cuore has a 0-100 km/h acceleration time of 12.5 seconds and a 0-.25 mile drag time of 18.4 seconds. Its top speed is around 99 mpg. The 2012 Cuore has a simple yet refined cabin, including an easy navigable instrument panel. This hatchback comes with class-leading fuel economy ratings of 4.4 liters per 100 kilometers and shows drivers both current and average fuel consumption ratings. It features a 1.0-liter DVVT engine that is powerful, yet efficient, and noise and vibration control aid in the pleasantness of driving the Cuore.

The 2012 Cuore has more than enough storage options in its roomy cabin, and drivers can feel safe while inside due to its impressive safety features. The Cuore's cabin is comfortable and allows plenty of room for passengers in the front and back seats, despite the fact that it's a compact car.
