As one of the first mid-size electric vehicles the Renault Fluence Z.E. Sedan has the ability to provide families with everything that they could have in a gasoline powered car only without having to worry about the fuel economy that it might or might not provide. Even traveling long journeys is not an issue with the option to exchange batteries at a battery switch station instead of having to stop to recharge, allowing a longer range for drivers. There will be a package that has to be purchased in order to use this feature, but having a fixed price is much easier on consumers than the fluctuating prices of gas all over the world. Handling of the Renault Fluence Z.E. Sedan is decent considering the weight of the entire vehicle, and tends to ride almost the same as the petrol powered Fluence. The overall design of the Fluence Z.E. is made so that it can easily be separated from other cars in its class with fluid lines and distinguishable trim on the exterior and the interior.

The Renault Fluence Z.E. Sedan comes equipped with many of the same features as the petrol powered Fluence. There have been a few minor changes, but mostly due to the change over from petrol (where a fuel gauge is needed) to electric (which needs to inform drivers of the battery life). The interior has been trimmed with an exclusive color, and there is just as much space in the electric model as there is in the version before it. The goal of the designers was not to build an entirely new car, but to make a better version of the one that they already had. The electric technology used to power the Fluence Z.E. is not the only new technology on board this car though. There are convenient features that add to the convenience and safety that is most dominant in the overall design. Comfort, quality and value are only a few of the factors that make the Renault Fluence Z.E. Sedan one of the best cars in terms of value. Not only do passengers have the space that they require, but they get the safety that they need as well as the savings. Not only do drivers save money on the petrol that they are not using, but the overall running costs are also less than on the average family car.
