Denver Broncos tight end Evan Engram is questionable to return to Sunday's game with a calf injury, the Fox broadcast announced in the fourth quarter.
Engram twice went into the team's blue medical tent during Sunday's game against the Tennessee Titans before officially being given an injury designation by the team. The 31-year-old tight end had three catches for 21 yards on four targets before exiting the game.

Engram signed a two-year, $23 million contract with the Broncos during NFL free agency this spring. He missed eight games due to various injuries with the Jacksonville Jaguars last season. In the nine games he did play in 2024, Engram hauled in 47 receptions for 365 yards and one touchdown.
With Engram sidelined, the team's remaining top tight ends on the depth chart are Adam Trautman and Lucas Krull ( Nate Adkins is currently out with an ankle injury). Denver leads the Titans 20-12 in the fourth quarter.
