North Carolina will welcome in a three-man recruiting class for 2025 during a pivotal time for the program following a disappointing season. That three-player class is headlined by five-star forward Caleb Wilson , a player who picked the Tar Heels over Kentucky, Ohio State and Georgia Tech.
Wilson's commitment helped UNC climb into the top 10 of the 2025 recruiting class, and he is the lone Tar Heel commit to earn a McDonald's All-American selection. With the event this week, practices are underway and Wilson is standing out to those in attendance.

Following Day 1 of practice, On3's Jamie Shaw listed his top performers from the practice. Checking in at No. 6 was Wilson:
The 6-foot-9, 205-pound forward is ranked No. 9 nationally, the No. 4 power forward and No. 1 player in Georgia per 247Sports .
With this being such an important offseason, the Tar Heels are hoping this recruiting class can help get it back on track. Wilson will be a huge part of that.
