James has made it clear that he is in no rush to decide, even as NBA Commissioner Adam Silver is pressuring him to do so quickly . But James indicated that he is getting closer and closer.
Ever since James declared for free agency , teams started coming out of the woodwork expressing interest in him. After all, James, 40, remains at the top of his game. He is fresh off averaging 20.9 points, 7.2 assists, and 6.1 rebounds per game with the Los Angeles Lakers .
It's ever so clear that wherever James will end up, it will be for a team that is in contention for a title.
