Aaron Judge crushed a towering two-run home run Monday night as the New York Yankees hosted the Los Angeles Angels at Yankee Stadium—an estimated 456-foot blast that erased any doubt about the Yankees' lineup and its power ceiling. The drive, launched to left-center off Angels starter Yusei Kikuchi , widened New York 's early lead and reignited the Bronx crowd after five straight losses. MLB amplified the moment on social media, posting the clip to its official X, formerly Twitter account, adding a familiar rally cry echoed throughout the Bronx.

"All Rise 🧑⚖️
Aaron Judge launches a 456-foot home run!"
Judge's 456-foot blast occurred in the first inning, transforming an early opportunity into an immediate 2–0 lead and establishing the tone for a night the Yankees desperately needed. The two-run shot was his fourth homer of the young 2026 season, again underscoring how his damage output can flip a game even when the overall batting average lags. Later in the early innings, Jose Caballero added his own two-run homer off Kikuchi, stretching the advantage to 4–0 and pushing the Angels into a steep road deficit.
On the mound, rookie right-hander Will Warren has done enough to protect that early jolt, but the Angels have chipped away to make it a 4–3 game as play continues. Los Angeles broke through when they capitalized on traffic in the middle innings, stringing together hits and run-scoring contact to trim the deficit to a single run.

Coming in at 8–7 after a five-game skid, New York entered Monday in danger of slipping in a crowded AL East despite remaining competitive in most losses. Over his previous 15 games, Judge carried a modest .218 average but still produced four home runs and nine RBIs, illustrating how his swing remains central to the Yankees' ceiling.
With the Angels having cut the margin to 4–3 and the bases loaded with two outs in the top of the fourth, his towering first-inning drive is currently providing both crucial run support and a much-needed jolt of momentum in the Bronx.
