"We're thrilled to be named a designated team for the 2025 NFL London Games, making our second international trip as a club and our first time playing at the incredible Tottenham Hotspur Stadium," Haslam Sports Group COO David Jenkins said in a statement. "We look forward to playing in front of our fans in the U.K. this upcoming season and to help continue to grow both the Browns and the NFL's global popularity."
The New York Jets will also play a game at Tottenham against an opponent to be named later. The Jacksonville Jaguars , who annually play a game in London, will also play a game at Wembley Stadium.
Cleveland is scheduled to play host to its three AFC North rivals ( Baltimore Ravens , Cincinnati Bengals , Pittsburgh Steelers ), as well as the Green Bay Packers , Minnesota Vikings , Buffalo Bills , Miami Dolphins , San Francisco 49ers and Tennessee Titans . Typically, the NFL does not move divisional games to international sites to avoid a competitive unbalance between division rivals.

Browns in London: Ranking Cleveland's possible opponents for 2025 international game
Cleveland will be playing just its second regular-season game internationally. The Browns lost 33-16 to the Vikings in London in 2017.
The NFL can schedule up to eight regular-season games at international venues this season. The league has already confirmed the three London games, as well as games in Berlin, Germany, and Madrid, Spain. There also have been reports of the possibility of a game in Dublin, Ireland.
During the 2024 season, the NFL played five games internationally, including the first game ever to be played in Sao Paolo, Brazil, in Week 1 when the Philadelphia Eagles defeated the Packers. London played host to three games, two at Tottenham and one at Wembley Stadium — the Vikings over the New York Jets, the Chicago Bears over the Jacksonville Jaguars and the Jaguars over the New England Patriots — while the Carolina Panthers beat the New York Giants in Munich, Germany.
