The C.J. Ravenell era with the New York Giants only lasted about three weeks. Ravenell, whom was claimed off waivers from the Tennessee Titans, was one of two Giants waived Saturday mere days before they opened camp. Cam Jones, a linebacker who the Giants signed in March, was also among those released.
