The Anthill Pub on the UC Irvine campus has a great drink selection and an amazing pub food menu. If you're not sure what to order, the buffalo popcorn chicken with Louisiana hot sauce and blue cheese dipping sauce is especially good. The rotating beer menu is carefully curated and has one of the best selections in all of Irvine. The fact that this is on a college campus is a recipe for an interesting atmosphere. At this Huntington Beach pub devoted to beach bums and tourists who happily find it, Longboard entices visitors with its laid-back atmosphere and relatively cheap eats. Since this is Huntington Beach, it is no surprise that this pub's decor is pure surf side shack. Longboard also functions as a sports bar, where you can always catch a game on the telly. The menu features salads, sandwiches, tacos, entrees, and the beer selection is usually excellent. Items on the menu are well worth the money spent.
