The "World Famous" Buckingham Blues Bar is located in not-so famous Fort Myers suburb of Buckingham. The bar itself has been around since 1957, however it underwent a renovation in the past decade or so. Despite the new ventilation system and removal of nicotine stained ceilings, the bar is friendlier to smokers as well as non-smokers and its popular backyard beer garden make it a favorite among locals. In the backyard, you'll also find Bucky, the Beer Drinking Mule. Blues music and regular concerts are the norm; Wednesdays are Jam Nights where all musicians are welcome and Thursdays host Pool Tournaments.
