The story of Sr Ceviche began many years ago, when our executives chefs Alonso Jordan and his father, Eduardo started their culinary training in Peru, During this time, they developed a passion for the flavorsof traditional Peruvian cuisine. Inspired to share this person, Alonso seeked the help of his brother Eduardo Jr, and together they decided to open Sr.Ceviche in South Florida, in June of 2013. Just a year after opening, we received our first big honor. One of our dishes, The Ceviche Clasico, was recognized as the Best Traditional Ceviche in Florida for which we received a prize known as the Oscar of the Traditional Ceviche given to us by the Consul of Peru in Miami. We also have been awarded trophies for Best Quinoa Gourmet and for our Leche de Tiger, given to us by Peru Fest ARMAP. The family of Sr.Ceviche continues to grow with the opening of our second location. Alonso, Eduardo Jr, and their father Eduardo continue their involvement in every step of the process, from our kitchen to your table. All dishes are prepared to convey our love for food. Ariete
Ariete is a delicate restaurant that is ideal for a romantic dinner, a casual spot to hang out with friends or groups. The restaurant has three dining areas. There is a patio area that is pet friendly, it consists of large umbrellas and fan to keep the air moving. The indoor area that is located upstairs has a casual and funky vibe whereas the dining area at the lower level has an intimate and cozy vibe with a dimly lit wine cellar. The menu is eclectic, seasonal and creative. Make sure to try their grilled oysters with molten bone marrow butter, Frita Benedict, Venison tartare and the short ribs.

If you are planning to treat your guests at home with a delectable fish feast, then make your way to the Casablanca Fish Market. The history of the place will take you back to the year 1994, wherein two Sanchez Brothers took the family tradition to another level by opening a fish market and later a Seafood restaurant. Separate steel panels are filled with freshly caught fish directly sourced from the boats every morning and most of it is also used in preparation at the restaurant Casablanca Seafood Bar & Grill. Fish variety includes Mackerel, crabs, shrimps, lobsters and so on.
