Our mission is simple: We believe that exposing children at the earliest possible age to creativity, movement, and classical music will only serve them well in whatever they choose to do with their lives, that dancing like swans and Sugar Plum Fairies not only exercises little bodies but also nurtures big imaginations, and that twirling should be a fundamental part of any childhood.

Theodore Constant, Founder and Artistic Director, established the TCDA - International Ballet Festival in 2014. The festival’s mission is to foster the development of well-rounded dancers and providing them with extensive exposure and networking opportunities. Each year, TCDA-IBF selects a panel of esteemed Master-Teachers from various international ballet companies and schools. These esteemed instructors are Directors, Principal Dancers, and Choreographers who are dedicated to the holistic development of each student. What distinguishes TCDA-IBF is its distinctive scholarship program, which facilitates students’ enrollment in esteemed national and international dance programs. This initiative offers students unparalleled experiences, exposure, and opportunities for their professional development. TCDA-IBF welcomes dancers from diverse backgrounds, ranging from the age of 11 to the professional level.
