We are Eugene's first and only 10 and under dance studio! Our goal is to provide kids with the basic skills needed to further their dance careers as they age!
We offer a variety of Group Movement Classes for adults taught by certified professional instructors. Whether it's Functional Fitness, Dance Fitness, or Dance classes for adults, we have you covered. These classes allow you to engage in exercises meant to strengthen your core and challenge your balance! Music will be pumping, but don't worry if you can't keep a beat! Considerations for injuries or specific client needs will be included in Functional Fitness and Dance classes. Check our website for more detailed class descriptions. Personal sessions are a great opportunity for clients that are working with physical therapists, whether recovering from an injury or working to correct old postural habits. Personal sessions include a combination of dance, Pilates, and somatic techniques and a kinesthetic approach to create personalized movement phrases to increase fluidity, strength, and flexibility in the body. Personal sessions may also be booked for focused one-on-one dance training.
Dynamic Dance is a positive studio where everyone can dance no matter your age, skill, experience, background, or abilities. We provide a safe, judgment-free, welcoming space for all dancers. We specialize in jazz, lyrical, and hip hop dance styles with a few other styles offered as well. We have classes for children as young as 18 months all the way to classes for adults!
The mission of Next Step Dance is to provide excellent dance education in a caring environment, which encourages the growth and development of the individual while developing the character qualities to last a lifetime.
We are a dance studio that features top of the line courses in Hip-Hop, Breaking, Jazz, Contemporary, Acrobatics, and Ballet. Throughout the year, we host a variety of workshops and intensives instructed by guest choreographers from all over.
