DivaDance inspires confidence and builds community through adult dance classes for all levels! Every class is a great chance for dance exercise, whether you participate in-studio or through virtual classes. Classes start with a warmup and then you'll learn actual choreography to your favorite pop songs from Beyonce to Bieber and everything in between. Our adult hip-hop dance classes are not competitive or stressful - we emphasize fun, inclusivity, and body positivity! Take classes with us in-person or dance lessons online. DivaDance also offers bachelorette parties, birthday parties and girls night out celebration options where your group can come together to learn a routine together either in person or virtually! All women are welcome to join our classes, M-F. 9:15am. We have Zumba Toning Monday, Wednesday, Friday. We have Strength classes on Tuesday and Thursday. Angel aka The Fitness Angel also offers children's Fit Kids camps and offers personal training to women and children of all ages. With over 16 years as a fitness professional you are in good hands with The Fitness Angel. You can also purchase beautiful inspirational apparel and the Fit to PRAISE fitness DVD created by Angel. We have prayer groups and Bible studies too! The Fitness Angel incorporates body, soul, and spirit- leaving you challenged and refreshed!
