From an eighties smog-check center to a stunning eco-friendly venue for weddings and receptions, the SmogShoppe has certainly come a long way. Known as 'The Greenest Venue in Los Angeles and the US', this space draws all its energy needs from a solar powered device. To add to its hipster-chic profile, SmogShoppe also has a succulent plant garden that is perfect for pre- and post-wedding photography, if not for some deep calming breaths before the ceremony begins. The main space itself accommodates anywhere between 175 to 250 people, and is furnished with a cozy yet elegant decor, replete with exposed beams and vintage furniture.
