If you want to absorb some local Mexican flavor, the Mexican Heritage Pavilion is the place to be. One of the main venues in the Mexican Heritage Plaza in San Jose, it hosts traditional Mexican dance and music shows. "The Tardeada- an afternoon of folklore" is one of its recent successes. Tickets are reasonably priced and are available at times over the phone.
Located at Saratoga High School, the McAfee Theatre often holds high school plays and events. The venue holds over 500 people and is available for private rental for any corporate event, business meeting or private party. Check website for rental and technical details. The construction of the facility was completed in 2005.
The San Jose Chamber Music Society, the only full-season presenter of chamber music in San Jose, will present for our 2018-19 season a series of six of the highest quality local, national and international performing groups to play music ranging from the pre-Baroque to 21st century period.
