Service is tailored to the event, guest count, location, and bar needs, with options including cocktail service, beer and wine service, signature cocktail planning, and bar setup and breakdown. Clients provide the alcohol, and Dorrian can help estimate quantities and plan what will be needed ahead of time. The goal is straightforward: dependable service, a well-run bar, and one less thing for the host to worry about.
