My business specializes in providing the highest level of instruction to flutists of any age. The best part of private lessons with me is my high level of energy and enthusiasm coupled with continual positive reinforcements as my teaching style. I celebrate every little success from playing a difficult scale correctly, to progress on a piece of music. It's all the little steps that count! I customize my instruction and information to meet the needs of each individual student. I specialize in providing and modeling productive practice habits, and focus on helping students in preparation for honor band, all-state and chair placement auditions. I also give my students an opportunity to perform every year in my studio recital and I offer a week-long Flute Camp each summer to help students keep their skills up and learn new techniques over the summer.
