At Blairita’s Sweet Treats, our passion for baking started in our kitchen. We use only the finest ingredients and our recipes have been praised in the Gluten-Free community. I specialize in gluten-free products, but I can tend to the needs of any allergy. My son has celiac disease and often we find hardship in getting decent sweet treats that are gluten-free. Too many times we have been at restaurants or parties where my son wasn’t able to partake in cake or sweet treats. With tears of not understanding fully why he couldn’t have cake like his friends this broke my heart and inspired me to start creating sweets he could have. He's my inspiration and motivation and I want to share goodies with the gluten-free community. I hear too often gluten-free products are not as yummy as those with gluten.
