Caramanda's Bake Shoppe is a family business, owned and operated by Melissa Henderson along with her three daughters in Lexington, KY. The bakery is named after Melissa's two oldest daughters, Cara and Amanda, (but don't worry, her youngest still gets plenty of love)!
DV8 Kitchen is a fast casual restaurant with a highlight on fresh baked goods, including brioche buns, southern biscuits, sourdough loafs, and croissant style cinnamon rolls with different topping choices. DV8 also offers a breakfast burger, fresh salads, chicken sandwiches and breakfast all day. Vegetarian and gluten free options available. Our mission is to provide relational employment and community for extraordinary people in active recovery while helping reduce the stigma of addiction.
Fresh baked, made from scratch cupcakes, never freezing or using artificial ingredients. We offer delivery only or scheduled meetups, if more convenient. Cupcake orders require at least 2 day's notice and cakes & decorated cupcakes require 4 day's notice, possibly more depending on intricacy of the design. Happy to accommodate allergies including, gluten, nut and vegan needs.
