Husband and wife team Anna and Steve first started with selling Belgian stroopwafels and then eventually started The Good Batch. It is known for its delectable ice cream sandwiches that use mint and rice crispies and cookies with gluten-free options. This little bakery creates customized cakes on order and also caters their famous desserts to private events. It also has its own stall at Smorgasburg every weekend from April to October.
