Nuflours
Since 2011, Nuflours has been Seattle's favorite gluten-free bakery, serving a variety of handcrafted pastries, artisanal breads, cakes and more using locally-sourced ingredients. Hoping to offer a higher quality product than was currently available, founder Phebe Rossi originally started selling her baked goods at local farmers markets. Quickly, she was embraced by Seattle's gluten-free community, and in 2014 she opened her brick-and-mortar storefront. Stop by for a breakfast treat, take home some dessert, pick up some donuts or muffins for your gathering! You can place orders by phone 3 days ahead to ensure we will have your special favorite.
