The Blue Line Pub and Cafe' is located upstairs in the Subway Sports Centre. There are big screen TV's showing every NHL game. Come for great food, beer, and of course plenty of hockey on the tube and watch the live action on both rinks.
Hello! We are Lorenzo & Lyndsey Wilson! We’re a local husband-and-wife team who have proudly called Alaska home for over 35 years. We’ve always had a love for our community, small businesses, and (of course!) great coffee and food. That’s why we’re thrilled to carry on the City Grind legacy right here in Anchorage City Hall. Whether you’ve stopped in for a sandwich on your lunch break, grabbed a muffin before work, or just needed a quick coffee fix — we want to say THANK YOU for supporting local. We’re excited to serve you with the same great menu you love, plus some fresh updates over time (new specials, local ingredients, and maybe even a few surprises ). Birch & Alder is a micro-bakery/restaurant serving strong coffee and wholesome food. Located in Indian Valley, south of Anchorage, open for drive-thru or dine-in. We do drive-thru differently: think slow-food, served fast. We are a scratch kitchen, so everything is made in-house from our coffee syrups to our breads and pastries baked fresh daily. We source as many ingredients as we can from Alaskan producers and foragers. Zero plastic goes through our window, we use only compostable options that are better for the environment.

Hanging plants, booths framed in chrome pipe, a neat-as-a-pin dining area and a friendly wait staff all add up to a pleasant dining experience. Twelve Chinese dinner combinations, 19 appetizers and more single items than can be mentioned, provide for a wide range of Chinese dinner options. Fish and chips, chicken strips and fried oysters, as well as spaghetti and meatballs, veal cutlet, New York steak, hamburgers and salads provide the American side of the kitchen. Both beer and wine are served by the glass.
