Behind the main dinning space one can watch hand-crafted chocolate being tempered and molded by artisan chocolatiers. The award-winning cholate factory (Heritage Food Crafters) also produces custom syrups for our Specialty coffees both on and "off menu". Our coffee is grown by our sister affiliate (Salida Del Sol) on our own fair-trade coffee farm in Ecuador. Your coffee can be a true single source farm to cup experience! We offer small, medium and large group catering options or special orders for particular juices requested by customers. Our juices have no additives, preservatives or added sugars of any kind. The juices are cold pressed to preserve the integrity and benefits of our ingredients. Juices are unpasteurized, raw, and made in small batches with a rigorous cleaning process before being pressed. Some of our juices may come in contact with surfaces that nuts are processed on. We pride ourselves in partnering with local non-profits to support recovery and individuals coming out of sex work through Sunshine Recovery House & Jesus Said Love. Owned by Woody and Darla Page, this diner has gained much popularity among the locals for serving scrumptious fast food. Enjoy a hearty meal, without creating a dent in your wallet. The decor is from the 1950s with traditional booths for seating. Though the decor is not what you'd call lavish, the food and prompt service totally makes up for it. The food is absolutely delicious.
