We are a small family owned restaurant in the Heart of Texas. All of our dishes are made from scratch with our family recipes. The Pho broth is cooked over 8 hours. That means every morning and night there is a pot of Pho cooking in the kitchen. We don't just have Pho, we also have our specialty rice and vermicelli dishes, as well as, our favorite banh mi sandwich with a crispy baguette. Our food is always fresh and made to order. We value the quality of our food and we value that our customers appreciate the effort and quality that we put into our dishes. Sauces and marinates are house made, from fish sauce to everyone’s favorite peanut sauce for spring rolls. Our teas and coffees are brewed fresh daily and throughout the day.
