My meals are made to order. I meet with all potential clients to discuss and create a menu to their specifications. My dishes celebrate my Caribbean heritage. Only fresh ingredients are used. I make a concerted effort not to use canned items when necessary. I am a mobile caterer.Meals for small gatherings are made at the clients home to provide a warm and inviting experience.
