Southern raised catering chef that's been cooking for over 10 years. Since graduating from Johnson and Wales culinary school and doing multiple internships for various restaurants, I have been an in home/private chef which has allowed me to enhance my culinary skills as well as expand my business. I love creating new menus by getting to know my clients' desires and palates, and can always accommodate any dietary restriction that one may have.
