The salads here are so much more than leafy greens tossed with dressing, creative, cleverly named, and unique, these salads raise the bar by a long-shot. The organic produce is harvested directly from owner Erin Wade's 10-acre (4.04-hectare) farm, or sourced from other local organic farms in the area. In addition to delicious veggies, the dishes may also include meats, dried fruits, nuts and cheeses. This place also serves delicious soups and sandwiches for those who prefer something a little less leafy. The atmosphere is casual, with great service and outdoor patio seating. This property was known as the Staab Mansion until it was converted into a hotel. The restaurant does not accept reservations, but you can always enjoy a Margarita at the bar while you wait.
