UP Coffee Roasters Cafe, is located in Mid City NE Minneapolis, MN. Our coffee is Organic, Fair Trade and Direct relationship and we roast on site Monday - Friday. We feature Autumn wood farms local dairy products as well as alternative milk products like Almond, Coconut and Oatmilk in all our beverages. We bake our pastries fresh everyday. The interiors are casual with bright yellow colored walls, carpeted floors, circular wooden tables and comfortable seating options. Each mug of coffee that is served here is made of roasted Arabia green coffee beans that are imported straight from Türkiye, giving the coffee an exotic aroma and texture. Sovereign Grounds also features a large play area where children can just be themselves.
