Hoffa Throws specializes in olympic-level throws training. With focus on proper form and training to produce the most explosive and powerful throws, clients see their throws skills elevating to the next level. The Hoffa Throws Academy was built to service that need. Reese Hoffa handles the throwing training, drills, and psychological preparation for the athletes. He also oversees how the weight training is meshing in with the throwing, but isn't overloaded with developing the entirety of the program since Hoffa's strength coach Corey Davis runs it. Hoffa and Davis work in tandem to monitor the health of the athletes and refer them to the same staff that Hoffa used throughout his career. Each independent part is run by a true expert in their field and monitored by the director of the Hoffa Throws Academy himself, Reese Hoffa.
Owens Gym offers two locations in Toccoa & Commerce GA. Our new Commerce location is located directly on hwy 441 and in between Commerce & Athens. This facility offers training areas for everyone and some unique equipment that you will not find anywhere near here! Both gyms offer 24/7 access, personal training, online coaching, and a full meal prep service.
