The basis of our unique practice is Viniyoga which is a more rational and therapeutic approach to taking hatha yoga, including dynamic as well as static postures while integrating the essential principles of breathing with the movements. We teach age appropriate yoga meaning we fit the yoga to you, not you to the yoga. Any adaptations or modifications are designed specifically for your practice. We have 7 levels of instruction from Beginner to Graduate to allow students to learn step by step how to develop their yoga practice safely and with confidence. We also provide weekly lesson sheets to encourage our students to sharpen their skills through consistent regular home practice.

We specialize in person and online yoga classes . We host monthly meetups focused on alternative healing therapies including physical movements,sound healing ,breath work , meditation , and more . Sutra Yoga Studio started as a dream to take all the amazing things we love about Yoga and meld them into one space! You'll notice that we are a blend of traditional Yogi teachings with space for fun new classes and events. Yoga is about balance after all!
